Welcome to Barbiast. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure your child’s dress arrives in perfect condition. Please read this policy in full so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Order Processing Time

4. Order Tracking
Tracking Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your verified tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Tracking Update Delay
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the shipping label has been scanned.
No Movement on Tracking?
If your tracking shows no updates for more than
5 consecutive business days, please contact us immediately at
support@barbiast.com with your order number.
5. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Accurate Address Required
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Incorrect Address
Barbiast is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages cannot be rerouted once they are in transit.
Returned / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable,” we will contact you by email. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Package Shows “Delivered” But Not Found
Please check with neighbors, your building management office, or your local post office before contacting us — carriers occasionally scan packages before completing final delivery. If the package is still not found after 48 hours, email us at
support@barbiast.com.
Stolen Packages
Once a carrier confirms successful delivery, Barbiast is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your dress arrives damaged, you must contact us within
48 hours of delivery at
support@barbiast.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our rapid processing times, order changes and cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order placement. Email support@barbiast.com with your full name and order number.
Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or marked as “Processing,” it can no longer be modified or canceled.
