Cancellation Policy

Act quickly — our orders are processed fast

At Barbiast, orders are sent to our fulfillment warehouse immediately after purchase. Because of our rapid processing times (1–2 business days), the window for changes or cancellations is very limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Window

You have up to 6 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or order change. After this window, or once your order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” no modifications can be made.

⚠ Important: Cancellations and changes are handled on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance your request can be accommodated.
2. How to Submit a Request

Email us immediately at support@barbiast.com with the following information:

For Cancellations — Subject Line: URGENT: Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]
For Changes — Subject Line: URGENT: Order Change Request – [Your Order Number]
Include in Your Email: Your full name, order number, and the specific change requested (e.g., new shipping address, different size).

Our support team is available Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) and responds within 24–48 business hours. For urgent requests, please submit as early as possible.

3. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment (within 6 hours) If your cancellation request is received before the order enters the fulfillment stage, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
After Shipment If the order has already been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return following our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window applies).
4. Order Changes
Type of Change Possible? Conditions
Shipping address update Possible Only if the order has not yet been processed. Packages cannot be rerouted once in transit.
Size or color swap Possible Only if the replacement item is in stock and the order has not yet been packed.
Adding items to an existing order Not possible For security reasons, items cannot be added to an existing order. Please place a new separate order.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please carefully review all order details before clicking “Place Order.” Barbiast is not responsible for:

Incorrect Shipping Address Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to a wrong address entered by the customer.
Incorrect Item Selection Wrong sizes, colors, or quantities selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Carrier Delays Due to Incomplete Address Delays or failed deliveries caused by missing or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
