1. Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted payment gateways. Barbiast never stores or accesses your financial data.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@barbiast.com with your full name and order number as soon as possible. Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” no changes or cancellations can be made.
Q: Will I be charged immediately?
Yes. Payment is captured at the time of checkout.
2. Shipping Information
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Q: What are the shipping rates and delivery timeframes?
Shipping Fee $6.99 flat rate — no hidden fees
Order Processing 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat) after payment confirmation
Delivery Window 3–5 business days from shipment date
Total Estimated Delivery 4–7 business days from order placement
Note Delivery may take longer during peak holiday periods
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a verified tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after dispatch.
Q: My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors, your building management office, or your local post office — carriers occasionally scan packages before completing final delivery. If the issue persists after 48 hours, contact us at support@barbiast.com. Please note that Barbiast is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of confirmed delivery.
Q: Which items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unwashed, free of odors and stains, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Personalized items and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Q: Who covers return shipping costs?
If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged, Barbiast will cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns or sizing exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Product Details
Q: Are the product colors shown in photos accurate?
We work hard to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, or manufacturing batches.
Q: Are the dress measurements exact?
All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafting and manufacturing process. We recommend consulting our size guide before ordering, or contacting us directly if you need sizing assistance.
