Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority — straightforward and fair

At Barbiast, we want your little one to love their new dress. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” to request a return. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Condition Unused and unwashed, in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging Must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
Hygiene & Safety Free of odors (smoke, perfume), pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. How to Start a Return
  • Contact Us Email support@barbiast.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Review We will review your request within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Saturday).
  • Authorization If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.
  • Inspection Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
5. Refunds & Processing
Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
Processing Timeline Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Shipping Fee Deduction The original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you need a different size or color of the same product (subject to stock availability). To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return in Section 4 above.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email support@barbiast.com with:

Your order number + clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item + photos of the outer packaging and shipping label.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tracking Shows No Movement If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 consecutive business days, contact us at support@barbiast.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Package Marked “Delivered” But Not Found Please check with neighbors, your building management office, or your local post office before contacting us. If the package is still not located after 48 hours, email us with your order number.
Stolen Packages Barbiast is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently stolen from the delivery location.
