Welcome to Barbiast. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or place an order.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site and place an order.
Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@barbiast.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Right to Refuse Service Barbiast reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
2. Product Information & Pricing
Product Accuracy We strive to display the colors and details of our dresses as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly reflect the actual product. Slight variations in color may occur.
Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes. A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 is added at checkout for all domestic orders within the United States.
Price & Product Changes We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
Order Confirmation Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including those flagged for potential fraud by our system. If we decline your order after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Accepted Payment Methods We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. Barbiast never stores or accesses your financial data.
Billing Accuracy You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and payment information at checkout.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping Area We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timeframe Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days from shipment. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from order placement. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.
Risk of Loss All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Barbiast is not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost after a confirmed delivery.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation Window Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.” Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Returns We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility requirements and instructions.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Prohibited Use of the Site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting your identity.
Infringing upon Barbiast’s intellectual property rights or those of any third party.
Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
Unauthorized data scraping, crawling, or automated access to any part of the site.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the exclusive property of Barbiast and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barbiast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Louisiana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
